Questions Clients Ask Me

The questions clients actually ask me before hiring — cost, timelines, payments, revisions, and why you should take a chance on someone with no reviews yet.

Yes! Once all milestone payments are cleared, I transfer full intellectual property (IP) ownership, design files, and source code libraries directly to your organization.

It depends on what the page has to do. A marketing site or landing page loads faster and stays easier to maintain as hand-coded HTML, CSS and Bootstrap — no build step, no package tree to keep patched. Anything with logged-in users, live data or a dashboard goes to React, which is what I use for every system on my portfolio. I pick per project rather than forcing one answer.

Every project includes a free bug-fix period after launch. After that I offer a monthly retainer covering health checks, server and database monitoring, small styling or content changes, backups and security updates. Larger new features are quoted separately so you are never billed for scope you did not ask for.

Yes, I write robust integration code connecting databases to external ERP software, CRM dashboards, SMS gateways, maps APIs, and payment modules.

It depends on scope, but I quote a fixed price before any work starts — you will never get a surprise invoice. Landing pages start at $149 (₹14,900), business websites at $299 (₹29,900), mobile apps at $499 (₹49,900) and custom systems like POS or ERP at $499 (₹49,900). If you prefer hourly, I work at $15–$30/hr (₹1,500–₹3,000/hr). Indian clients are invoiced in INR, international clients in USD. Send me what you need and you will have a written quote within 24 hours.

A landing page is usually 3–5 days. A business website with several pages is 1–2 weeks. A mobile app or a custom system with logins, roles and a dashboard is typically 4–8 weeks depending on how many modules it has. I give you a milestone schedule up front, and if something is going to slip you hear it from me early — not on the deadline.

Less than you think. Tell me what the software has to do and who will use it. If you have designs, existing content or an old version of the system, send those too. If you have none of that, we do a 30-minute call and I write the scope for you. You approve it in writing before I start building.

Milestone based. Typically a deposit to begin, then payments as each agreed stage is delivered and approved by you. You are never paying for work you have not seen. Through Upwork, payments and milestones are handled by the platform's escrow, which protects both of us.

Fair question, and I will not pretend otherwise: I am new to freelance platforms, so my review count is zero. What I am not new to is the work — 3 years and 7 months of full-time development, 14 systems in production including a banking portal, ERP, POS and accounting software. I will happily screen-share and walk you through the architecture of any of them before you commit a rupee. Being early means I have far more to lose from a bad review than an established freelancer does, and I price accordingly.

Yes, and it is some of the most common work I do. I start by reading the existing codebase and telling you honestly what state it is in — sometimes continuing is right, sometimes rebuilding one broken module is cheaper than patching it forever. You get that assessment before you commit to anything.

Every project includes a free bug-fix period after launch — if something I built does not work as agreed, I fix it at no cost. New features or changes of direction are quoted separately so you are never billed for scope you did not ask for. Many clients keep me on a small monthly retainer for ongoing changes.

If that matters to you, say so at the scope stage and I will build an admin panel for it — text, images, products, prices, whatever you need to change without calling a developer. It costs a little more up front and saves you far more over the life of the site.

Yes. I can deploy to your own server or set up hosting for you, including SSL, domain connection, database configuration and backups. I have deployed to both Linux cloud hosts and Windows Server with SQL Server. The hosting bill stays in your name and on your card — I never hold your infrastructure hostage.

Yes, without hesitation. Every project in my portfolio is covered by confidentiality, which is exactly why you see icons there instead of client screenshots. Your project gets the same treatment.

It has not been so far. I work 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30) and reply to messages within 24 hours, usually much sooner. That overlaps comfortably with Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and I regularly take early-morning or late-evening calls for US clients. Tell me your working hours and I will fit around them.

You see the design before I build it, not after. I share layouts at the design stage and revise them until you are happy — changing a layout takes minutes, changing a built application takes days. Nothing gets coded until you have approved how it looks.

Still have a question?

Ask me directly — I answer every message within 24 hours, and I will tell you honestly if your project is not a good fit for me.
